Busbars for low- and medium-voltage switchgear, compensation cubicles and control panels. CNC punching and shearing holds hole pitch inside the tolerance needed for breaker and switch mounting, so parts fit first time without manual rework.
Winding leads, tap-changer bars and terminals for dry-type and oil-filled transformers. Bending with automatic springback compensation keeps every part of a batch at the same angle.
Busway trunking, distribution cabinets and substations. Punching, shearing and edge chamfering in one clamping shortens the cycle for long parts with no material rehandling.
Five reasons switchgear builders pick LT
ISO 9001 quality management, CE declaration of conformity for the EU market, and a portfolio of utility-model and design patents on busbar machinery. Documents ship with every machine.
A site of more than 20,000 m² with over 15,000 m² of production floor, more than 100 machining units (CNC machining centres, CNC lathes, large laser cutters, radial drilling machines, surface grinders, wire cutting) and a workshop of over 50 people.
Servo positioning drives, cooled hydraulic power units, hardened tool steels and turret magazines of up to 8 stations. The controller stores per-piece programs, so batch production needs no re-setting.
Shipments to more than 60 countries and to 30+ provinces of the home market. Machines run in Russia, Australia, India, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Argentina, Colombia, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Egypt, Nigeria, Myanmar and Laos.
On-site installation and commissioning in Europe, operator training, a 12-month warranty, lifetime technical support and spare parts dispatched within 48 hours.
How every LT machine is built
More than 100 machining units: CNC machining centres, CNC lathes, large laser cutters, CNC milling machines, radial drilling machines, large surface grinders and wire cutting. Over 15,000 m² of production floor.
Every machine passes a no-load run, a hydraulic pressure test, a positioning accuracy check and a trial batch on copper and aluminium. Results are logged in a test report that travels with the machine.
ISO 9001, CE, utility-model and design patents. Documentation is prepared in the customer's language and includes the paperwork needed for local inspection and commissioning.

What European buyers ask us most
The standard range handles copper and aluminium up to 16 × 200 mm cross-section; larger sections are engineered to order. Exact limits are listed in the technical data of each model.
Yes. Every machine ships with a CE declaration of conformity, a manual in the local language and the full documentation needed for local inspection and commissioning.
Stock models ship within 15 working days, configured machines in 30-45 days. Sea freight typically takes 30-35 days, air freight 5-7 days.
Yes. An LT technician carries out installation, commissioning and operator training at your plant. A 12-month warranty and lifetime technical support are included.
Common parts (dies, punches, seals, sensors) are stocked and shipped within 48 hours. Other parts are produced within 7 working days.
Yes. It takes a tool change and a program parameter change; the hydraulics and guideways are rated for both materials.
